Name: Hazel
Age: 17
Race: Human
Weight: 135 lbs.
Height: 5'9''
Employment rank: test subject
Bio/Story: Hazel has been cooped up in Wheatley Labratories a looong time...her white/blonde hair has turned fully blonde, her blue eyes turned hazel, her tanned skin turned white. While she's very friendly, she's slightly scared of the testing environment...in the past, she skulked behind Chell to keep going, but would always get stuck again. Eventually she'd find her way down...to another test. She doesn't like testing, but she memorizes every room she passes. She is VERY easily lured by cake.
That good enough? Good. Hazel's going back to her corner now.

Greetings earthlings! Oh, wait, I'm from earth too? Darn, I like saying "greetings earthlings". Oh well. The name is Apple, as you can see. My age? Pffft, don't even remember! Been alive a long time, son. Probably much longer than you. My race is a robot. Specifically, android, with a blue eye. I have a core as kind of like a head, but my body is more similar to that girlbot... Oh, what's her name, P-body? Yeah, that one. Weight and height, I don't have any idea on that one, either. Apologies, I'm afraid I don't have all that much of an education. My "employment rank" would be, ah, well, let's just say that I sort of kind of lost my job. Well, more like I was replaced. But I think you get me. And the history, ohhhh boy, this will take a while. Take a seat, kiddo. Basically, I was made shortly before Her Majesty sent that Chell lady to the firepit. I was made to replace her. But then I was replaced, too, by that P-body I mentioned earlier, and that Atlas. Why? Well, it's kind of Wheatley's fault. I don't mind, though. It was for the best, honestly. The other robots were supposed to stay away from me; I wasn't supposed to think, is why. Couldn't let them get ideas into my head. Wheatley broke the rules in a really awesome way though, and he befriended me anyway. He taught me how to speak and gave me my name. When I said that he befriended me, that's not really the right term. We're not friends. He is my father.
(By the way, I would just like to say, I am SO happy I found this site. I've been looking for a Portal forum for ages now! Not only that, but I've been really desperate to RP Portal lately. This is perfect. :'D)

Name: Sarah
Age: 27
Race: Human
Weight: 140 Lbs
Height: Just barely 5'0"
Employment rank: hapless bystander/reluctant test subject
Bio/Story: ((AN: This is sort of an algorithmic of both myself and one of my characters I usually play on other RP sites, tweaked a bit to make it work in the Portal universe. Not everything actually applies to the player behind the character.))
Sarah is a survivor. That much she knows. Having been orphaned at a young age due to the war, she'd learned to take care of herself rather well. She'd become an expert scavenger, and through determination, patience, and sheer stubbornness, taught herself many tricks to staying alive: She knew how to shoot a gun, she knew how to dress a wound, and she knew how to look for necessities in the oddest of places.
Of course, none of that helped her when managed to find the apparently one weak spot in the 'ceiling' while walking over what seemed to be a simple, endless field of wheat. One moment she was simply trudging along, the next, finding herself falling. And falling. And eventually landing hard enough to knock herself out.
Hazy, pain filled memories follow the next few days. The sound of strange mechanical chirruping, sounding strangely worried; The sensation of painfully being lifted, carried, moved about as wounds were dealt with. The sterile smell and harsh, bright artificial light that aroused her from her pain induced slumber, her first sign that no, she wasn't where she last remembered being.
Once she was in well enough shape to move, she found herself being led by the generic, monotonous voice through a series of tests, followed by more tests, followed by, you guessed it, even more tests. Thoroughly irritated at having been turned into a human lab rat, Sarah started looking for ways to escape, though without help, she didn't see much chance.

Name: Minzy
Age: 16
Race: Human
Weight: *UNIDENTIFIED*
Height: 7'2
Employment rank: Test Subject
Bio/Story: Minzy volunteered to be a test subject when she was really young after a fatal failure of a test she was put through a coma for many years, She woke up alittle after the wakening to chell in portal 2 and went around trying to escape back to her family when she realized she was forever trapped. only then realizing how long she slept through a core and realizing most of her family is probably dead. She meets Wheatly when he has to seperate from chell at the first time and gets filled in one what has happened, Although she is the only test subject GLaDOS would not kill, eventually, she did agree to help dismantel her, only later to realize GLaDOS was the only family she would have left and then backing out of the plan. Using her stealthiness to do what GLaDOS would wish her to do, participate tests.

Name: Julia Pendelton
Age: 21
Race: Human
Height: 5' 5"
Weight: 122 lbs
Employment Rank: Scientist
Appearance: Julia has chesnut brown hair that's pulled back in a ponytail that reaches to her shoulders. Her hair has short bangs, but she usually brushes them off to the side if they get in her way. Her eyes are a light blue and she has oval-shaped glasses with silver frames. She wears a black polo shirt and black pants, with a white belt holding them up. Over her shirt is a white labcoat with 'Aperture Laboratories' stitched into the breast. The word 'Aperture' is barely readable and looks as though someone tried to rip the thread out. Above it in sharpie is written 'Wheatley', so that the coat now reads 'Wheatley Laboratories'
Bio/Story: Julia was employeed by Aperture Laboratories as a personality core engineer. She was a member of a team, designed to build one of the cores to be incorporated into the GLaDOS project. Julia opposed GLaDOS (she felt it was wrong to use a human for her AI), but gladly worked on a core out of her love for robotics. She spent so much of her time on that core that she grew to love it like a son. It had a blue optic like her eyes and it's name was Pendelton, just like her last name.
But when the other scientists tried to install it onto GLaDOS, Julia retaliated out of anger and was put into temporary stasis as a punishment. She was meant to be awakened after the GLaDOS project was finished, but that never happened.
Instead she was awoken when the power to the relaxation vaults failed. Seeing the facility in ruins, she went off and searched for answers. What she found was that GLaDOS was gone and a personality core with a blue optic was in charge of the facility. Thinking that Wheatley was her beloved Pendelton with his memory wiped, she gladly became his assistant.
She's worked at Wheatley Labs ever since. Julia's first project with her new life was to get the Human-Avatar Generator working; a device that allows a robot to appear as a human. She did so, and Wheatley now uses it to get around the facility.
She also has a bit of a crush on fellow employee Doug Rattmann, but with all that happened she isn't sure if he's still alive.
Personality: Julia means well and tries to help whenever she can. She's a little eccentric at times though. She loves her new job at Wheatley Labs but is a little OCD about the test chambers and offices and such. ("Why are they never organized?") Overall, she seems like a normal but slightly odd scientist. Until you mention Pendelton. Doing this usually sends Julia into tears and mutterings about "nobody understood" and "why did they take him?". Occasionally one of her mutterings while crying will be "why won't he remember?".
When she's not busy with Wheatley's extra projects or organizing the abandoned rooms, she's always on the search for anything to restore Wheatley's missing data from his memory banks. She has no real proof that he was once Pendelton, but nothing can shake her from this belief.
She holds a horrible grudge against GLaDOS despite never having actually seen her. This is because of what happened before she was put into stasis. She blames GLaDOS for what happened to Pendelton, even though GLaDOS is not actually the one at fault. She admires Mr. Johnson, but disagrees with him about 'if we can store music on a compact disc, why can't we store a man's intelligence?' She believes humans and robots were never meant to mix like that.

Name: Jo
Age: physically, 18. But she's much older than that, because of being in long-term storage.
Race: cyborg?
Weight: 120 lb
Height: 55'
Employment rank: (scientist, test subject, etc.) test subject
Bio/Story before going to college, Jo decided to take a year off and travel around. Unfortunately, while hiking she stumbled(quite literally) on the entrance to Aperture and ended up working as a test subject. at some point, while dropping something into an incinerator, her hand was caught on the lid as it closed and cut off. She was put into long-term storage until the scientists figured out a way to attach a portal gun to her wrist. While they were at it they also put permanent leg and foot modifications which made shoes unnecessary.

Hello. I came here on recomendation of msfcatlover. I will make a profile here which is sort of based on real me. With some changes.
Name: A.M. Age: Could be anywhere from 16 to 22. She's not too sure. (IRL, I'm 19.) Race: Human. Hopefully. Gender: Female. Hopefully. Weight: Heavy. Height: Five foot two, but can give the impression of being six inches taller. Employment rank: Test subject.
Bio/story: I dont like talk about my past unless I really know the person Im telling it to. Well, I dont like to talk much at all, really. And when I do talk it's mostly incomprehensible. And I'm slow and a bit weird. But I can make up for that by being a good help and oftentimes can think of the most simple solution where everyone's muddled up in their complex schemes. If they listen. On the other hand I am well capable of creating overly convoluted ideas. So take any of my suggestions with a good grain of salt.
Physically, short, dark, curly hair. Glasses. Extraordinarily large hands and feet compared to my height (very heavy-boned, which also has the benefit of that it's hard for me to break any). Not the best test subject physically; general awkwardness and a limp that comes and goes.
EDIT: For a little reference, A.M. is pronounced 'aim' and not "A-M." She always says that when introducing herself.

THought I'd put in my other OC, too. Hey! My name's Shira. I like poetry-ooh! I think I feel a haiku coming on! a personality core lives to write-a true poet why's she a reject? I love poetry! I do! Any sort of writing, really but mostly poetry. I think that's why they gave me hands. and a keyboard! I don't have a screen though....I don't know why. I think it's 'Cus SHE had a screen, and when they hooked me up to her they thought I could just use a her screen. Anyway, Wheatley says if he can he'll get me a screen so I can take notes for people. And Androids. And HIm. DId you know that you shouldn't start a sentence with and? It's bad grammar. English is a funny language. I don't know how much I weigh...does that matteR? It matters to humans. But that's 'cus if they eat to much they get heavy, and then they get insulted and they can't run very far. ANd then they don't get cake, which is what made them heavy in the first place. But I can't eat, so I can't get heavy from too much food, can I? What if I did? What if I fell off my rail? Would I die, or would someone catch me? now THAT would be a story! I don't know how tall I am, either....Jo says I'm a two feet tall. Whys it matter? If I'm on my rail I'm taller than everyone else anyway. Except the other cores. And when I'm at my desk nobody pays attention to me anyway, 'cause I'm usually writing a poem or a song and nobody likes to hear them. Why don't people like to hear my poems? Who doesn't like poems? That's like not liking words! (I think I hit everything..right? Also, she's grammar troll, XD)

She has terrible memory but can flawlessly repeat a song, has conflicting personalities (such as being narcissistic and self-conscious) and a taste for all things artistic or science-related. She is tanned and has wavy, medium-length brown hair. She has greenish-hazel eyes and wears bandages on her palms and wrists, but the reason for this is unknown.

Hello. I came here on recomendation of msfcatlover. I will make a profile here which is sort of based on real me. With some changes. Name: A.M. Age: Could be anywhere from 16 to 22. I forgot. Extraordinarily large hands and feet compared to my height (very heavy-boned, which also has the benefit of that it's hard for me to break any). Not the best test subject physically; general awkwardness and a limp that comes and goes. Might as well do this too. Name: A.M. Age: Doesn't matter in this case. Race: Core. Gender: Female. Weight: Whatever a core weighs. Height: Whatever a core heights. Employment rank: "Human core" Bio/story: A.M's core counterpart is slightly different, personality-wise. Due to the effects of not being burdened by a clumsy, failing body, the A.M. core is quite more cheerful and talkative. She has a simple, chocolate-colored optic. She still has her human memories, but overall she's more content than she ever was as an actual human.

Just a few absolute ton of OCs, don't mind me:
Apollo: He's a core with amnesia. He later discovers he's a killer core designed to distract GLaDOS and is still trying to deal with that information. He's recently been put in an human body.
Pendleton: One of the first if not the first personality sphere made by Aperture, Pendleton is a 'memory core.' He knows quite a good deal about the inner workings of the facility.
Delphi: One of the few 'different' turrets who offers cryptic information. It appears that she can teleport. Which is strange.
Prototype: This is an early prototype of the Genetic Lifeform and Disc Operating System. Unlike the real GLaDOS, who was programmed to actually give test subjects a fighting chance, this prototype won't do that. She has a red optic. Deceased.
Burned clone: Close friend of Nikola, she was burned and wrapped herself in bandages. Deceased.
Alpha: The leader of the small group of clones of Savannah. She has aspirations of conquering. Her jumpsuit is white. Deceased.
Beta: The more down-to-earth clone, she prefers reading and keeping to herself. She is usually bossed around by Alpha. Her jumpsuit is red. Deceased.
Delta: The more cheerful clone, it's very hard to get her mood down. Her jumpsuit is purple. Deceased.
Omega: A very cowardly clone, she is also shy and timid. Her jumpsuit is light blue. Deceased.
Hestia: The last clone of Savannah, she seems fairly down-to-earth and intelligent as well. She has a grey jumpsuit. Deceased.
Nikola: An android who was previously a core, he is the Amusement core, also dubbed the Party core. He enjoys making everyone laugh and is usually the life of the party. He is tall and thin, with copper eyes and dark hair. He has recently become a human.
Ares: A clone of Apollo, he's very brave but can be a bit careless. He's also quite kind. Deceased.
Hyperion: Another clone of Apollo. He's more of a follower than a leader, and he's fairly nice, but more down-to-earth. Deceased.
Hermes: Yet another clone of Apollo. He's a fun person to be around, but he's serious when he has to be. Deceased.
Dionysus: A clone of Apollo, he's clever and fairly cheerful, although stubborn. Deceased.
Gamma: A clone of A.M. who died trying to defend Apollo from a crazed Savannah, but not before Savannah lost her eye. Deceased.
The Silence: A voice that Savannah and her clones have heard multiple times. She urged them to kill and attack her friends to 'save' them. She has made her way into the body of a clone and is attacking whoever she encounters. She wears a lab coat with a hood sewn onto it and a gas mask, which she stole from Hestia. She killed Hestia, Beta, Alpha, Omega, Delta, Dionysus, Hermes, Hyperion and Ares.
A.M.'s mother: Not much is known about her, other than the fact that she abused A.M. and is incredibly violent. No one really likes her. Deceased.
Mark: A kind, intelligent guy who discovered a severely damaged Savannah and repaired her. He found a baby mantis man and raised it, and it is now loyal to him. Deceased.
Coeus: Mark's pet mantis man, raised from birth by Mark. He's not fully grown yet and acts mostly like a large dog. He likes to play catch and is fiercely protective of Mark. Deceased.
