In the testchamber involving using the hard light bridges to block turrets, you can grab the one standing in the little passageway quite easily assuming you know what you're doing (remember, there's a split-second chance between a turret spotting you and starting to shoot). There's two faith plates so it can actually bounce back and forth between them, yelling "Hooray! Wheeee! Malfunctioning. No hard feelings."
For some reason, not sure if its just me, but Portal 2 turrets don't seem to be able to see through portals. Its a shame because one of the fun activities in Portal was using portals to trick a turret to shoot itself over and over while it begs itself to stop ;D
