I love messing with noclip. It's possible to epicly screw up the script (at one point I ended up in the elevator, still with the potato gun and able to move around GLaDOS' chamber. The elevator went up with a pair of disembodied arms inside.)

If you play in third-person (which requires sv_cheats and isn't recommended), you actually become a pair of disembodied arms after Part 5. Theres a few videos on YouTube about it.

Get a good playground map, turn on god, set up a bunch of turrets like a bowling (I recommend saving once you get it set up). Then have fun using various ways to knock them down. (In Portal, the rocket turret is always fun.)
