Savannah, I'm worried about you; you keep getting sick, and refusing to see a doctor, and if you don't and you get hurt or die, I don't know what I'm going to do... I can't drag you to the doctor's office and tell them what's wrong, obviously, but please believe that at this point I'm worried enough that I want to.
You need to tell someone. Patient confidentiality should keep other people out of it if you still don't want to worry them. This isn't being careful or smart though, honey: this is being stubborn to the point of putting yourself in danger, and it's not worth it.

Well, I'm sorry if I come off as overly-aggressive, but I pretty much am. I snap at people because I'm short-tempered. I'm arrogant, and expect too much (or too little) from others, and I try to pretend that I am so much better than everyone else, all whilst pretending that I have a low sense of self-worth, just so I can earn people's pity!

I just...*sigh* We became friends over the summer, and I enjoy your company most of the time, both of you, I just really hate seeing all the fighting and arguing...you're both short-tempered, and stress has put you on something of a hair-trigger. You're both two different forms of depressed, as well, and I don't want something like that to come between us, it's just...I've lost too many friends, I don't want to loose anymore. Does that make sense?
