"yeah, its not in the sense of he has the ability to, infected simply do not attack each other under most circumstances except when in boomer bile, but, there is one who is kinda sentient like me, but he thinks infected are simply a more advanced evolutionary form of humans, that he seeks to control...hes kinda an alpha infected...I'm not entirely sure how to describe him..."
