The catwalk suddenly fell from under her.

The cores stayed on the rail. Charlotte managed to grab Oracle and land on her feet. Good work, boots. She didn't know how far down they falled.

She heard faint voices above her but she could not see any way to reach up there. She noticed a lot of rubble and puddles on the ground. She was glad she had thought to keep a portal gun on her.
