Charlotte only looked up for a moment before looking back down to her music.

She heard another crash as they knocked down another filing cabinet, and looked and saw more sheet music. All written by the C.M.

She quickly gathered the sheets up.
"Heartstrings, The Woods, Blind, Sickly..." she read some of the titles.

Then she found something else which seemed to be a biography of the mysterious C.M. Who worked for Aperture. Why a science laboratory would need an in-house music composer was another story, though.

She read it.

"Charlotte McMullen..." she said quietly. "C.M..." she chuckled. "Oh, that makes perfect sense!"

"I wrote all of these songs!"

"You?" he said.

She nodded.

"Though some of these seem more inspired by sadness..."

The green core broke something in the next room.
