The girl looked at the hot chocolate and pills as though they were about to bite her at something, her eyes darting around nervously, once in a while jumping at nothing.

She moved over, pulled the spoon out of the hot chocolate and put it in her mouth, raising both eyebrows in an obvious nothing dangerous here expression. "I'm working at Miller's hospital, but I don't start until later this week, and my sister's going for her doctorate in medicine, so we do know how to care for someone who's ill. I'm Lillian, and she's Cordelia, though most people call us Lily and Blue, if you're more comfortable with that."
