Blue's grin widened. "Ooh, what was that~?" she asked, racing off to peek over the top of the boards on one of the windows. The other two watched her in mild disbelief.
"She has the attention span of a gnat," he muttered.
"'She' can still hear you~!"

"Get down from there before you fall through!"
"Aww, c'mon; live a little~!"

Though it was beginning to get dark, off in the distance, she could see three figures trying to find their way around the horde of undead.

"I can see them~!" She grinned, hopping down and grabbing a flashlight. "I'm going to let them know we're here!"
"I don't think that's a-" Too late. The younger girl had jumped back up onto the chair and opened the window slightly, letting in the stink of the outside, and began blinking the flashlight on and off through the gap.

The one that was leading the other two stopped them. They seemed to be staring at the mall now.

They slowly began approaching, still trying to avoid the zombies as much as possible.
The closer they came, the easier they were to make out. A tall, sturdily built woman with short blonde hair was leading a man and a smaller woman with light brown hair.

Blue waved and jumped down again, leaving the flashlight in place. "C'mon, let's go unlock the door~!"
"What?!"
"Well how else are they going to get in, dummies~?" The two stared after her for a moment, before sighing and picking up their own weapons again, to follow shortly behind.

She threw the front doors open dramatically, immediately stabbing a zombie through the eye with a long, slender blade she'd grabbed along the way. It went in a few inches before she gave it a quick twist and yanked it back out. The thing dropped like a stone. "Over here, folks~!"
